FAGapalooza supports the GLBT Community!

In the tradition of Live Aid, the Queer music community will try to make a difference in the world by putting on benefit concerts for GLBT Foundations and Organizations.

	Through its public television presence, IN THE LIFE MEDIA, a national organization, seeks to: provide information about the gay and lesbian community to those who would otherwise not have access, document the ongoing gay and lesbian civil rights movement, and produce diverse images of the gay and lesbian community to create better understanding and acceptance. In the Life's cultural programming continues to educate not only gays and lesbians about their culture, but people from all communities with a uniquely gay and lesbian perspective.
	This charity’s mission is to provide college Scholarship opportunities for exceptional students, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. The Point Foundation is the first and only nationwide LGBT scholarship organization that focuses exclusively on granting assistance to undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students of distinction. Point Scholars are chosen for their demonstrated leadership, scholastic achievement, extracurricular activities, involvement in the LGBT community and financial or emotional need.
	OUR VISION: To educate and enlighten others on the importance of diversity, understanding, compassion, acceptance and respect. Everyone must participate in developing solutions to problems that are rooted in ignorance and hatred. OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To support diversity programs in education and to help youth organizations establish environments where young people can feel safe and be themselves. OUR GOAL: To replace hate with understanding, compassion and acceptance.
	The Mission of BC/EFA is to mobilize the unique abilities within the entertainment industry to mitigate the suffering of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. To achieve this BC/EFA will: Ensure direct support to individuals in the entertainment industry affected by HIV/AIDS; Provide assistance to organizations nationwide that directly serve others affected by HIV/AIDS; Promote awareness about AIDS; Provide assistance to support advocacy that affects public policy, education for the prevention and research for a cure for HIV/AIDS; and Generate the funds to fulfill the mission and achieve these goals.
	The Stonewall Democratic Club is the dynamic citywide voice of the LGBT communities. At our meetings you can interact with candidates for local, state and federal office, hear reports from Democratic Party officials and receive information on how you can get involved in both issue advocacy and political campaigns.
